Hodgson Elkington LLP have successfully acquired a 24.5 acre Employment Development site on behalf of Rand Land & Developments LLP.
The site is strategically well placed for accessing the A16 Spalding bypass and is located within a zone that is seeing an ever increasing level of investment.
Approximately 10 acres of the site has already been sold, subject to contract, which leaves a nett balance after servicing of approximately 12.5 acres.
