On the grant of a new lease it is customary for the ingoing tenant to pay the landlords legal costs.

All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Rates
Business rates are an occupiers liability and are not included in any rentals quoted unless specifically stated.

Definitions
Lessor:	Landlord, head lessee.
Lessee:	Tenant, sub-tenant.
Assignment:	A transfer of an existing lease with terms and conditions as agreed between the lessor and the original lessee. A premium may be charged.
Premium:	A single payment made by an ingoing tenant which is additional to the rent payable.
