Record sales
by leading Lincolnshire commercial agents
The firm's investment property sales and
purchases over the last 12 months topped £20,000,000
including over 50 retail units and 80,000
sq ft of offices.
Over 100,000 sq ft of office lettings were
agreed. Demand for industrial accommodations
has run at unprecedented levels with a rapid
take-up of better quality second-hand space
and full occupancy of recent speculative schemes
being marketed by the partnership in Lincolnshire
and Nottinghamshire.
Demand is now exceeding supply in various
sectors of the market as evidenced by the
reduced number of agents’ boards in the
High Streets and on the industrial estates.
