Associate appointment
at Hodgson Elkington
Lincolnshire Chartered Surveying practice,
Hodgson Elkington & Co, has promoted Tim
Shaw to Associate. Tim Shaw works in the Property
Management and Professional Department and
has over five years experience dealing with
pro-active property management of commercial
portfolios. Experienced in professional work
Tim deals with rent reviews, lease renewals
and formal valuations throughout Lincolnshire
and Nottinghamshire in addition to Schedules
of Condition, Dilapidations and general landlord
and tenant work from the Lincoln Office.
A local man, Tim has been back at Hodgson
Elkington for just under a year and comments,
"I have enjoyed the last 10 months at
Hodgson Elkington, the level of instructions
has been challenging and I have worked hard
to try to add value to our client's property
portfolios. I am keen to develop my role within
Hodgson Elkington and continue to offer professional
relevant advice to our clients.
Outside work Tim has competed in the National
Hovercraft Racing Series for over 10 years
in various formulas. In 2003 he hopes to challenge
for the F1 Hovercraft National Title.
