Chartered
Surveyors gain a professional edge
Hodgson Elkington, the Lincoln and Newark
chartered surveyors, have joined the Chartered
Building Consultancy Scheme – a move that
they believe will give them a professional
edge. Hodgson Elkington have seen increasing
demand for their property and facilities
management services over the last two years.
Improvement in the regional economy has also
encouraged several refurbishment and conversion
projects involving property managed by the
firm; hence a need for closer ties with the
building and construction industries.
"Clients are demanding ever higher levels of service and quality. Managing our
business effectively requires improved technical resources at every level; participation
in the Chartered Building Consultancy Scheme helps us to ensure that we continue
to maintain and develop the high level of professionalism and competence that
we and the Scheme demands." said partner Chris Hodgson.
Hodgson Elkington manage shopping centres,
industrial estates and other commercial property
throughout the East Midlands.
The Chartered Building Consultancy Scheme
has been created by the Chartered Institute
of Building to uphold professional standards
of operation and conduct among member consultancies
in the building industry.
Issued on behalf of Hodgson Elkington & Co. by Croft Communications Ltd.
