About Hodgson Elkington
Hodgson Elkington is a medium-sized firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants dealing almost exclusively with land and premises in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire.

The practice in its current form was founded in 1990 and converted to LLP status in 2007. Hodgson Elkington can trace its roots back to 1867 when the firm of Earl & Lawrence was founded. Sam Elkington and Chris Hodgson were partners in Earl & Lawrence before its sale to Prudential in 1986.
Hodgson Elkington was established in 1990 acquiring the original business back from Prudential. The business specialises in property management, commercial property agency and related professional services.
The staff of over 30 includes 10 chartered surveyors, all of whom have specialist knowledge or experience within one or more of the following property disciplines:
