Hodgson Elkington is a medium-sized firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants dealing almost exclusively with land and premises in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire.

The practice in it's current form was founded in 1990 and converted to LLP status in 2007. Hodgson Elkington can trace it's roots back to 1867 when the firm of Earl & Lawrence was founded. Sam Elkington and Chris Hodgson were partners in Earl & Lawrence before its sale to Prudential in 1986.

Hodgson Elkington was established in 1990 acquiring the original business back from Prudential. Since 1971 the business has specialised in property management,
commercial property agency and related professional services.

The staff of over 35 includes 9 chartered surveyors and 2 graduate surveyors, all of whom have special knowledge or experience within one or more of the following property disciplines:
