Provides essential information to home buyers and vendors for any property in England, Wales and Scotland. The report discloses environmental information and identifies potential risks not covered by the local authority search.

ENVIROSEARCH COMMERCIAL
For environmental and land use bench marking of suspected low risk commercial sites. Envirosearch provides information and a summary map relating to Current Land Uses, Historic Land Uses and Sensitivity relating to key "source-pathway-receptor" linkages within 250 metres of the subject site's boundary.
